Excellent hotel experience
complete buffet prepared entrecote flavorful steak
The breakfast buffet offered a full range of choices. The dinner options impressed me. The entrecote was especially well-prepared. I also appreciated the sirlion steak.

restricted traffic small room
i paid extra for parking, already pricey. i wasn't informed about the restricted traffic zone. getting a fine later seems likely. also, the room was tiny, not matching the description.

The front desk staff displayed helpful attitudes . The hotel is near Retiro Park, so I walked there daily. I found the room adequately clean. The air conditioning also worked without problems.
The minibar prices seemed high.

Three elevators provided efficient access to all floors. I never waited long. A gym located nearby offers a variety of equipment for exercise, including treadmills and weights. Clear instructions were available regarding room service.

Staff members at reception were consistently responsive to my needs, they answered inquiries quickly. The front desk was staffed and helpful, this added convenience because I do not speak the local language. Staff presented an excellent attitude and service

pleasant experience
friendly reception clean hotel easy access
the reception was very accommodating and friendly upon my early arrival the hotel looked modern and clean. it is near the main park which gives easy access to green areas. i found the location a bit outside the main city center to be advantageous for relaxation.
i found that not being proactively informed about the restricted traffic zone was an issue. i was not told even with a foreign license plate which could result in traffic fines. for a four-star hotel i think this information should be provided automatically not upon request.

the hotel is opposite a metro station this made travel simple to many locations. you can easily walk to retiro park from the hotel a great area for a visit. the metro was very easy to use giving convenient travel.

the staff greeted me with really good professionalism . my room included a super comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. i also greatly appreciated that the hotel prepared a to-go breakfast box for me , because i checked out before the kitchen opened.
i noticed the absence of proactive information regarding the restricted traffic zone when using the parking service.

the hotel benefits from its situation close to a metro station , providing very easy access to many parts of the city. it is less than 15 minutes' walk to parque de el retiro , a lovely green space. easy bus and metro access is available nearby.

The gym access was totally free and had really professional equipment. (i was thrilled!) the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, really satisfying. the staff were very professional.
